Who is eligible for Home Trial?

Residents in mainland USA. Residents in remote areas are not eligible at this time. Remote locations include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands.

What is eligible for our Home Trial?

Entire Luggie, Luggie Plus and Luggie Chair lineup.

What is refundable ?

Delivery fee, pick-up fee, and the eligible scooters. 

How long that I try it?

We offer seven calendar days and starts the day your equipment is delivered. The trial period begins on the day the unit is delivered. We count the calendar day, not the working day.

How do I return my Luggie?

Contact your original seller, and you will have your RMA number. Pictures are required before getting it back to ensure your shipping liability.

Do I need to keep the box?

You must keep your box during your trial period.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of the equipment, we will inspect the returned item. Your refund will back to the original payment method for up to 2 weeks.

Will I get restocking fee?

Home Trial is risk free, so the restocking fee will be waived. Please refer our Return Policy.
